I am dealing with a case of trichotillomania in my 16 year old cousin sister, and am confused as to what rubric should i take for this, as the closest i felt was MIND,Hair, pull, desire but i understand this is a violent pulling whereas here the pulling is nt out of rage.......but there is pent up anger.....could that be taken in account.
please guide sir _________________ Contact for free consultation at http://www.wix.com/vandana/Shubh%20Healh%20Care |

Dear Vandana,
taking the total of the patient always into perspective and do you the rubric you have in mind and use other relevant rubrics to differentiate _________________ Roger is the author of the Complete Repertory and Repertorium Universale, published in several languages. Dear Roger Sir,
Thanks for the reply...i will keep that in mind but i still did not understand would the rubric be correct for trichotillomania especially here in this case where the patient pulls out hair in sleep and not consciously. _________________ Contact for free consultation at http://www.wix.com/vandana/Shubh%20Healh%20Care |

I would say it is as close a rubric as it gets, which is why I think you are entitled to use it, because it is typical for the patient and comes quite close to the actual situation
